I am a Product Designer with 6 years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS — from data-heavy operational tools to AI-driven products.
Selected projects
Mapinamo 2026
SaaS, B2B/B2C, Startup
Conducted a UX & product audit of Mapinamo, an AI-driven location-intelligence platform that helps entrepreneurs choose where to open a new business, built to near-MVP by two data-scientist co-founders with no design on the team.
Structured a three-layer diagnostic (cosmetic / UX / product) and prioritized recommendations by product impact, deliberately deprioritizing visual polish in favor of changes that drive activation and retention.
Working solo alongside the founding team, reframed the core issue as a time-to-value problem and proposed a results-first interface — including a Top Spots sidebar that delivers an Aha moment right after onboarding, and an information architecture for nested search history and filter-aware hex bookmarks.
Joined as the sole product designer months before launch, owning design across OR optimization and nurse rostering modules — from component library to end-to-end scheduling workflows handling billions of resource combinations.
Collaborated with OR managers and other staff members to validate designs against real clinical constraints; worked closely with engineers and the AI/data team to translate model outputs into actionable interfaces.
Supported the sales cycle by rapidly prototyping concepts with AI tools for hospital presentations — contributing to contracts signed with major US hospital networks including Mayo Clinic and Geisinger during my tenure.
Due to NDA, I can't publish any detailed information and layouts. Feel free to reach out — I will be happy to share my experience in a conversation!
Efyr 2025−2026
SaaS, B2B, Workflow Tool, Collaboration Tool
Led the UX improvement of Efyr, a niche collaborative platform for video production workflows, used for managing projects, files, permissions, feedback, and LUT experimentation.
Defined and executed a minimal-change redesign strategy in close collaboration with the founder-developer, improving clarity, consistency, and trustworthiness without overhauling the product architecture.
As the sole designer, identified and prioritized the highest-friction usability issues in an existing live product, then iterated on solutions using feedback from real users.
Case Study: coming soon.
Cubu 2022−2024
B2B, CRM, SaaS, Enterprise
Designed end-to-end UX for a multi-role enterprise SaaS (agents, managers, admins, end-users) spanning web, mobile, kiosk, and digital signage — covering case management, appointment booking, queue management, and onboarding.
Built and evolved the component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across a surface area with highly varied interaction patterns and device contexts.
Joined as the sole designer a year before launch, shaped the majority of core flows and deep enterprise customization features, engaged with early real users — and contributed to a product now used by dozens of clients across multiple markets.
Redesigned the homepage of a live B2B marketplace for the film industry (equipment rental, sales, crew hire, locations) — shifting it from a static catalog showcase to a search-and-map-first navigation hub that surfaced the product's full scope.
Ran a UX audit, gathered qualitative feedback, defined entry scenarios, and benchmarked geography-heavy marketplaces — then restructured IA, rebuilt visual hierarchy, and updated the component library (search selector, map chips, curated cards) with full state coverage.
Post-launch comparison (30-day windows, Yandex.Metrica) showed a clear drop in bounce rate, roughly doubled search engagement, map interaction shifting from a niche behavior to a primary entry pattern, and moderate growth in homepage-to-booking conversions.
